Combining a 2" diameter x 9/16" thick felt wheel buff with a 4" long, felt inside ring buff (for ring sizes 7 - 13) gives you the ultimate in convenience. Outside and inside of rings and curved surfaces can be polished without changing buff. Mounted on a wood mandrel which is drilled for use on a tapered spindle. Made in India.
