LuxArt® is a premium UV-curable coloring material made with 35% ceramic content and an organic matrix of 3D cross-linked polymers, ideal for sophisticated jewelry and decorative designs. Its high-performance formula delivers brilliant, polishable color that can be engraved, flush-set, or layered for dimensional effects. LuxArt® meets REACH and RoHS standards and offers excellent hardness, thermal stability, and long-lasting brilliance.

Application Overview:
Ideal for metal surfaces that are etched, blasted, or bonded. Curing depth varies by color (e.g., 5mm for Translucent, 0.4mm for Black)
- Roughen the design area by sand blasting, etching, etc.
- Carefully clean and dry the design area
- Apply the link and allow to air drive for about 60 seconds
- Apply the bond
- Cure the bond using the TwinLux Dual UV and blue light curing tool
- Remove excess bond with the foam roller
- Apply the LuxArt colors in layers
- Harden each layer using the TwinLux Dual UV and blue light curing tool
- Turn, mill, sand to achieve desired design and finish
