Our CMF-1200 magnetic tumbler comes complete with a 12" diameter, heavy-duty plastic, bowl with cover which can accommodate a 225 ring capacity and can hold between 800 grams and 1200 grams of stainless steel pins. Direct-drive, fan-cooled 1/3 HP motor provides variable speed, forward/reverse function to change the direction of media flow and thus not allowing the stainless steel pins to clump in one area of the bowl. 115V, 60Hz. Tech Tips:
Important! Under no circumstances should the pins be stored in the bowl on the machine. Doing so will cause the pins to magnetize, resulting in over-magnetizing of pins, thus lessening their effectiveness.

A slight buffing or a run in a dry finisher (such as our 852-0746 vibratory tumbler) will easily bring the finish to a high shine. FYI a replacement bowl and cover is also available - our 852-0346
