EVE® Pop-on Plastic Back Sanding Discs Starter Set-7/8" (Set of 101)

The EVE “Pop-On” plastic-back sanding discs are a unique solution for polishing precious metals, featuring a single-sided design made with aluminum oxide grit. These thin, flexible discs are backed with plastic, allowing them to fit into tight areas and conform to surface contours, making the finishing process quick, simple, and efficient. Their translucent design provides enhanced visibility, letting you see your work through the disc for greater accuracy. To make it easy to distinguish between grits, the discs are colour-coded: Blue for Coarse, Red for Medium, Yellow for Fine, and White for Extra-Fine.

This starter set includes 7/8" diameter discs, with 25 discs of each colour/ grit, as well as 1 Pop-On Mandrel. The recommended operating speed is between 7,000 – 10,000rpm, with a maximum of 20,000rpm. Individual grits are also available for purchase in packs of 100.  Please note, Pop-On Discs require a Pop-On Mandrel (sold separately), which features a 3/32" shank. These mandrels are sold in packs of 2 and cannot be used with standard Snap-On mandrels.
