These micro diamond pins are designed for super precision applications, such as deep hole deburring and ID grinding. Diamond particles are electroplated on heat treated steel and the thin pin is slightly flexible. All have an overall length of 1.9" with a diamond coated length of 1.0". All on 1⁄8" shanks. Recommended speed is approximately 5,000rpm.
