Air-Flex Wheels are long-lasting open-pore polishing wheels for cool effective polishing on silver, platinum, titanium, stainless steel and precious metals. Tiny pockets of air are uniformly interspersed throughout the wheels, so they grind and polish quickly without overheating the workpiece. The work stays cooler, so you can work longer without excessive heat to your fingers. Flexible AirFlex follows contours and leaves a smooth, uniform finish and are available in Coarse (Blue), Medium (Gray) and Fine (Brown). AirFlex wheels are square-edge in shape and measure 7/8” diameter (22mm) x 1/8” (3mm) and are made of silicon carbide abrasive in a silicone rubber bond. Max operating speed is 10,000 rpm.
